Mingaletta excels by perfectly blending indoor/outdoor living to create a showstopping space. We renovated this traditional three-bedroom, one-bathroom home with a major rear extension, full reconfiguration throughout, and added a new primary bedroom, an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
After expanding the interiors, we brought the exterior in line with new landscaping across the entire property. We then refurbished and modernised the pool, constructed a new front fence and carport, and created a rear deck and alfresco dining area.
With its warm tones and inviting atmosphere, Mingaletta is now the perfect spot for entertaining family and friends.
